Barracuda Tree, Inc. has been established in Palm Beach County since 2003. We offer full landscape management services which include: lawn maintenance, customized fertilization programs, customized pesticide application programs, mulching, annual flower bed planting and design. We also offer full service tree care including: bucket truck trimming, non-invasive polecat tree trimming, tree removal, tree planting, annual tree trimming for palms and hardwoods, tree fertilization, disease identification, pest control, stump grinding, chipper service, and bobcat services. We use auto-cad for all landscape design and installation applications. We mix cutting edge technology with old school work ethic. Our management team is very hands on with owner bi-monthly property inspections and environmentally friendly/green focus. All of our employees are well trained and fully insured with workman's comp and general liability insurance.

Landscape Maintenance Division

Barracuda's new division of lawn maintenance will be run by William Gurney. Will is an expert in turf grass and landscape maintenance. He has a four year degree in horticulture specializing in turfgrass and landscape materials from Clemson University. He also graduated first in his class and in the top 2% of the entire University. He has worked in the turfgrass industry for 16 years at such places as The Everglades Club in Palm Beach, The Fountains Country Club in Lake Worth, Arnold Palmer's Bay Hill in Orlando, and even as far north as Charlotte Country Club. He has an eye for detail and will not accept a job quality that is second rate. Tree Service & Landscape Design Division

Barracuda Tree, Inc. has been providing Palm Beach County with quality tree and landscape design work since 2003. Jamie Edelman runs the tree and landscape design division of the corporation. Jamie is an ISA Certified Arborist and has multiple horticulture certifications from the University of FL. Barracuda Tree operates a 70 ft boom bucket truck for the perfect trim and utilizes a pole cat for non-invasive tree trimming and removals. Jamie designs all landscapes on CAD which gives our clients a three dimensional view of the project before any contract is signed. Jamie also volunteers a lot of his time at Mounts Botanical Garden, Gene Joyner’s Unbelievable Acres, and has also volunteered the company's resources to people that could not afford the services but were in need. Jamie has a deep respect for native landscape and drought tolerant plants. Barracuda Tree offers a variety of services to commercial and residential clients and we use the safest and most cost effective methods for our clients. Jamie's plant knowledge is extensive and he is knowledgeable in diagnosing and treating all tree-related problems. Our staff also has certified arborists - we even have the certification to trim mangrove trees. We work very hard to exceed our clients' expectations and that is what has helped us grow in tough economical times.
